Beginning in fall 2012, Rush University Medical Center will offer MyChart, a free online tool that will give patients direct, secure access to their documented medical history, immunization records, prescription information and other important parts of your medical record. This service will initially be available to patients in certain primary care practices. Stay tuned for more information.
