MEET OUR TEAM

Jillian Boroniec, M.D. is a dedicated and compassionate family physician based in Chicago, IL. Dr. Boroniec earned her medical degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. She then completed both her internship and residency in family medicine at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Boroniec is affiliated with Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

She sees patients of all ages from infants to geriatrics. Her areas of interest include women's health, depression/anxiety, preventive medicine, and the management of chronic diseases including type II diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, and asthma. She places special emphasis on disease prevention and developing a partnership with her patients to work towards their health and wellness.

Max J. Pitlosh, MD, received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Mich. He completed his residency in family medicine at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, where he served as chief resident.

Board-certified in family medicine, Pitlosh has a special interest in the treatment of cholesterol, hypertension, asthma and diabetes. He sees patients of all ages from infancy through old age.

Gregory Rauch, MD is a reliable and diligent internist caring for the Chicago, IL community. Dr. Rauch obtained his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. He also completed residency in internal medicine and internship in internal medicine at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Dr. Rauch obtained his bachelor’s from Duke University.

He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is affiliated with Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Dr. Rauch sees patients for illness, as well as other common and specialized reasons.

In addition to serving his patients, Dr. Rauch is a primary care preceptor for first and second year medical students at Rush University. Dr. Rauch believes that good communication and education is the key to empowering patients to make well-informed, individualized health decisions. He conducts his appointments with the personalized care and attention that he would expect for his own family

Patricia Walsh, MD, has enjoyed a loyal following of patients of all ages, particularly women, for nearly three decades. She has a special interest in preventive heart disease and women's health issues including gynecologic care, menopause and osteoporosis. ​

In addition to our normal clinic services, we offer urgent care/same-day services for patients 16 years of age or older through the Rush Walk-In Care Center. Services for acute conditions are available on a walk-in basis — with no appointment necessary — Friday (2 to 7 p.m.) and Saturday/Sunday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
