As physicians on staff at Rush University Medical Center, we offer access to world-class specialists and cutting-edge technology for patients at all stages of life, from infants to seniors. We have extended business hours and Saturday appointments available to better serve you and your family.

MEET OUR TEAM

Olivia Forys, MD, came to Rush from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She is interested in depression and anxiety, hypertension and lipid management, and women's health. Forys is fluent in Polish.​

Max J. Pitlosh, MD, received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Mich. He completed his residency in family medicine at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, where he served as chief resident.

Board-certified in family medicine, Pitlosh has a special interest in the treatment of cholesterol, hypertension, asthma and diabetes. He sees patients of all ages from infancy through old age.

Patricia Walsh, MD, has enjoyed a loyal following of patients of all ages, particularly women, for nearly three decades. She has a special interest in preventive heart disease and women's health issues including gynecologic care, menopause and osteoporosis. ​

At Rush University Physicians at Lincoln Park, we are dedicated to the medical, social and emotional needs of our patients. Our services include the following:
  • Annual physical exams and wellness counseling (including work/school physicals)
  • Chronic disease management for conditions such as the following:
    • Diabetes
    • Hypertension
    • Heart disease
    • Asthma/COPD
    • High cholesterol
    • Allergies
    • Thyroid conditions
  • Preventive medicine, including the following:
    • Health screenings and risk factor assessments
    • Immunizations for children, adolescents and adults
  • Management of multiple or complex problems
  • Women's health
    • Gynecologic care
    • Family planning
  • Men's health
  • Geriatric assessment of care
  • Select on-site laboratory procedures, including blood draws

In addition to our normal clinic services, we offer urgent care/same-day services for patients 16 years of age or older through the Rush Walk-In Care Center. Services for acute conditions are available on a walk-in basis — with no appointment necessary — Friday (2 to 7 p.m.) and Saturday/Sunday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
