Our practice of highly regarded, established physicians will work with you to customize a care plan that's right for you. All of our board-certified internal medicine physicians will coordinate a full spectrum of care from preventive medicine to comprehensive management of complex diseases, including referrals to subspecialties. Our practice is located on the campus of Rush University Medical Center and has a laboratory conveniently located on site.

MEET OUR TEAM

Nancy Bryan, DO, MPH, attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University and completed her residency training in internal medicine at Rush and Cook County Hospitals.  Working as an osteopathic physician, Dr. Bryan takes a holistic approach to health care.  She emphasizes preventative health maintenance such as pap smears and breast exams.  Dr. Bryan also serves as an assistant professor at the Rush University School of Medicine, teaching students how to perform physical examinations. 

Jennifer Earvolino, MD, established Earvolino and Associates in March of 2010 and is the medical director of the practice. With over 15 years of experience, she has a special interest in chronic disease management, including diabetes and coronary heart disease and Down syndrome awareness. She is active in community outreach and has been regularly featured on local news and radio stations and in several written publications. She is fluent in Spanish.
 

Cynthia Louie, MD, attended Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine for her medical education. She has over 10 years of experience and completed her residency training at Rush University Medical Center.

Catherine S. Park, MD, attended Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health for her medical education. Park completed her residency training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and she is board-certified in internal medicine. ​

Mitchell N Popovetsky, MD, attended the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Rush University Medical Center in Internal Medicine. Dr. Popovetsky is board certified in Internal Medicine (PCP). He has clinical expertise in primary care focusing on preventative care, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, and weight loss.

Laura J Zimmermann, MD, MS, attended Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at Northwestern-McGaw. 
Dr. Zimmermann emphasizes patient-centered care, shared decision making, and wellness.  She strives to create a tailored plan in partnership with each patient.  Dr. Zimmermann has extensive experience in the management and prevention of chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.  She is also an assistant professor in Preventive Medicine and is involved in institutional efforts to improve cancer screening.
